3. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellation

By booking an appointment with MAK Physiotherapy Ltd, you agree to the following terms:

Appointments: All appointments must be scheduled in advance via our online booking system, phone, or email.
Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be the full cost of the treatment session.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for an appointment, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delays for subsequent patients. The full appointment fee will still apply.

4. Payment

Payment for services rendered must be made in full at the time of the appointment unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept payment by credit or debit card through POS, via our online booking system and cash.

5. Medical Information

You are required to provide accurate and complete information about your medical history and any existing medical conditions to ensure the best treatment. MAK Physiotherapy Ltd cannot be held responsible for any injury or health condition that may result from the withholding of critical medical information.

6. Confidentiality We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal and medical information. Your details will only be used for the purpose of providing your treatment and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability MAK Physiotherapy Ltd is committed to providing professional care and services. However, you agree that we are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of treatment, except in cases of negligence or misconduct.
